CHECK THAT OUT Enchilada Sauce Mixes | Foothill Farms To help operators create flavorful dishes quickly and easily, Foothill Farms has introduced two new sauces for Latin- and Mexican-inspired foods. The Classic Red Enchilada Sauce Mix with Guajillo Chiles is a recreation of the brand’s previous red enchilada sauce, now spicier and thicker. The Hatch-Style Green Enchilada Sauce Mix with Serrano Chiles is a new product, developed after focus groups conducted last year showed a growing interest in green sauces. The dry sauce mixes are made by adding hot water to provide a half gallon of sauce. They are lowfat, contain no MSG and have an estimated 210 mg of sodium per serving.
