OrderConnect® User Guide • When you’re ready to submit your order, click Place Order. • Your account information and order details will be displayed on a confirmation screen. If you wish, print this screen for your files. If you attempt to upload your order and it does not appear on the cardinalhealth.com web site, or you receive an error screen that says your login parameters are incorrect: 1. Right click on the OrderConnect® icon in your Windows® systems tray 2. Select Pending Orders from the Links menu. This will display a list of all orders that have not yet been processed. 3. Click on the Submit Via column and choose the Website option. 4. Select the order you wish to upload. • Click Logoff in the top right-hand side of the screen. Scanner Tips 1. Holding the small - button down for 15 seconds will clear your scans. 2. Holding the large + button down for 15 seconds will toggle sounds on and off. We recommend you keep sound on so you can confirm that items were captured during scanning. 3. Only scan codes while holding down the large + button. Do not scan codes while holding down the small - button. Troubleshooting If you have problems with the scanner, check the following: a. Confirm that the cable is plugged into the scanner properly. b. Confirm that the cable is connected to the PC properly. c.
